La Hermandad de la Calavera es denominada por sus miembros símplemente Sagrada Hermandad. Dentro de los numerosos cultos existentes en Labyrynthus, destaca la creencia en que la cabeza es el receptáculo de la inteligencia y del ser de un individuo, y por lo tanto también se asume que en ella reside el alma. A lo largo y ancho del mundo de Labyrynthus se rinde culto a los cráneos de los difuntos, al margen de cualquier otro ritual funerario que se ofrezca al cadáver.

The Band of the Skull is named by its members simply the Sacred Band. Among the multiple religions in Labyrinthus, the most remarkable is the believing of the head as a receptacle of the intellect and being of and individual, and so the residence of the soul. Far and wide the Labyrinthus world the skull of the dead is worshipped, apart from any other funerary ritual the corpse can receive.

La Hermandad de la Calavera considera un deber sagrado rendir el necesario culto a los difuntos a través de la recolección y preservación de sus cráneos. Recorren los pasillos y corredores de el Laberinto buscando y seleccionando las cabezas de los guerreros fuertes y valerosos caídos en combate, como último gesto de respeto a su muerte y exaltación de su heroísmo. Por ello suelen ser avistados en los lugares donde se ha celebrado una batalla, o incluso han intervenido en un combate si por casualidad o de manera oportuna han podido asistir a él. La Hermandad toma nota de los guerreros más sobresalientes en la lucha, acuden a ellos si han caído y rinden sus últimas exequias con actitud reverente.

The Band of the Skull consider its holy duty is to worship the dead through the collection and preservation of their cranium. They tour around corridors and hallways of the Labyrinth, searching and selecting the heads of the strong and brave warriors fallen in battle in order to show respect and exalt their passing away. This is why they use to be seen in the places where a battle was fought, or even step in a combat. The brotherhood record the most brave fighters, and then attend them if they fall and so they can arrange his funeral with reverence.
El actual Sumo Sacerdote de la Hermandad es el capellán Sogro. El fervor y entrega de Sogro ha destacado por encima de sus antecesores, y con su labor ha elevado a un nivel que roza el éxtasis la actividad y dedicación de sus hermanos.

The actual High Priest of the Band is the chaplain Sogro. He is zealous and devoted even compared with his past predecessors, and with his pastoral work he had raised the labour of the Band close to a mystical rapture.
El capellán lleva a cabo con un ansia febril la recolección de cráneos, con la obsesión de dar honor y gloria a los valerosos caídos. Esta fanática actividad ha llevado a la Sagrada Hermandad a irrumpir en las batallas que puede encontrar, sin esperar a que los grandes héroes caigan abatidos, si no que ellos mismos llevan a cabo la tarea de darles una muerte gloriosa. De esta manera pueden asegurarse de que las cabezas de los héroes serán justamente guardadas y consagradas. Esta sagrada misión es llevada a cabo por el Campeón de la Hermandad, elegido por su destreza y devota dedicación entre los hermanos miembros para llevar la gloriosa muerte y su justa redención a aquellos héroes merecedores de tal honor.

The chaplain is taking his labour in a febrile way, obsessed with the idea of honor the noble fallen warriors. This idea has taken the Sacred Band to burst into any battle they can find, not waiting for the warriors to fall, but taking their lives away in order to concede them the most glorious death possible. Doing it, they can make sure that their heads will be correctly keep and consecrated. This sacred mission is taken by the Champion of the Band, selected because of his martial skills and devotion, in order to concede the highest honor the Sacred Band is able to offer to the warriors that are about to fall.
Los sacristanes de la Hermandad son aquellos aspirantes a suceder al capellán tras su muerte. Ejercen como sus lugartenientes y emisarios y cumplen diligentemente en combate la labor de señalar y capturar las cabezas de los guerreros que destaquen en la lucha. Están equipados con armas de arcano poder para ayudar al Campeón en su sagrada misión, y favorecer así el tránsito de los héroes que han seleccionado en su ordalías final.
Otros miembros de la Compañía son el portador del estandarte y del incensario. Ambos tienen la misión de señalar el lugar de un héroe caído y ayudar en las labores de consagración de su cuerpo y cabeza. El cargo de portaestandarte supone un gran honor y también un gran riesgo, ya que su portador no podrá defenderse de los ataques enemigos. Es por ello que los portadores del estandarte deben ser hermanos aguerridos y fieros. Muchos de ellos suelen acceder al cargo de Campeón.

Another members of the Band are the standard and censer bearers. They both signal the place where a hero has fallen and to help in the consecration of his body and head. The standard bearer ins a position of both great honor and risk, because the bearer will not be able to defend against the enemy attacks. This is why these bearers need to be fiery and feisty. Most of them use to promote to the position of Champion.
Otros cargos dentro de la Hermandad son los ejecutores y los portadores de luz. Ambos cumplen funciones específicas en los ritos de consagración llevados a cabo por la Hermandad. Los ejecutores llevan pesados alfanjes para cortar y recoger las cabezas de los muertos, que serán luego tomadas por los sacristanes y el capellán. Los portadores de luz usas sus velas para guiar el alma de los muertos fuera de su cabeza y ayudarles así a abandonar el mundo mortal. Es importante llevar a cabo este ritual para evitar que el alma se vea confundida y quede atrapada por los vórtices de éter, de manera que permanecería maldita para siempre en el mundo mortal.

The sacristan of the Band are those who will succeed the chaplain after his death. They act as his lieutenants and emissaries in battle and follow the orders to signal and capture the heads of the warriors that stand out in combat. They are equipped with weapons of arcane power in order to give aid to the Champion in his holy mission, and so to facilitate the transit to death of the heroes they will worship.

Other positions of the Band are the light bearers and the executors. They are both related with the consecration rituals of the Sacred Band. The executors carry heavy cutlasses to cut and take away the head of the dead, to be taken lately by the sacristans and the chaplain. The light bearers use their candles to guide the soul of the dead away his head and help it to abandon the mortal world. This is to avoid the soul to be trapped in the aether vortexes, so it would stay cursed in the mortal world forever.
